Should you not be fully satisfied with your purchased item, you may return it within 30 days of the date of shipping for an exchange (different size, color or item) or a refund for the price of the item. Any item returned must be in the original condition (may not have been worn, washed or altered). Shipping costs are not refundable and any customs/brokerage charges incurred during shipping back to us will be withheld from the refund amount. Refunds are only possible for credit card or PayPal purchases, not money order or check purchases.
To return an item, you must first contact us for authorization. Please indicate your reason for the return. When we receive the returned item, we will process your refund via your credit card or PayPal account. In the case of exchanges, we will charge shipping and any difference in price for the replacement item.
Please double check the sizes before ordering your initial item in order to minimize getting the wrong size.
